  • Telecommuniction, India and Africa have on line classrooms/ allowing for students in rural / or povery backgrounds to have courses through online and mobile phone technology. Education ICT an application for participation An instrument for enhancing peoples capabilities
  • Use a database to collect donors information, using email to target donors. Even using the idea of Web 2.0 technology / facebook, twitter Myspace to obtain donors from the global community. ICT & Fund Raising Using ICT to organise and contact your donors.
  • Adavantages to process large amounts of data for eg. Predictions on weather reports / flooding in Hanoi. Tornado's . Knowledge Based Systems / GIS Knowledge-based system is a computer system that is programmed to imitate human problem-solving by means of artificial intelligence.
  • Talk about a national database for Volunteers. Talk about a database and tracking system in a school. Talk about a virtual classroom , talk about NGORC database. Developing Software Every development organisation has specific needs and goals. Computer software can be designed to help achieve these outcomes.
