Welcome back to the Night Legacy! In the last chapter, Luna and Celestia met Bruges, Count
Alan, and Luna met Barcelona.

As it so happens, Celestia was visiting the exact same club. She decided to go over and say ‘hi.’
“Bruges, hi! Funny running into you here!”
“Oh. Hello, Celestia.”
“I see that you’re glowing now.”
“Oh, yeah, sometimes it turns off. I don’t really have any control over it.”
“I see.”
“I was just talking to my friend over there. Would you like to meet her?”
“Oh. Well, if she’s your friend, then I’m sure s...
“*sigh*”
“Contessa, this is Bruges. Bruges, this is Contessa Hope.”
“Ah, Contessa. It’s a pleasure. How do you know Celestia?”
“I’m...
“You have some very powerful friends.”
“I guess so. She’s just always known my family. I guess I never really thought much...
“Oh...”
“What is it?”
“I just...saw someone I don’t particularly like.”
“Well, just ignore them, then.”
“I could...but tha...

“How’s Romi?”
“She’s well. I’m so sorry, my dear, but you’ll have to excuse me. I have something to attend to.”
“It’s okay...
“That Count’s about as pleasant as a raincloud.”
“*snorts* Oh, yes, he thinks very highly of himself.”
“I wouldn’t mind as...
“I would be careful, Celestia. I’m not sure if I entirely trust him.”
“What? Why?”
“There’s something about him...”
“It’s ...
“Hm...Maybe Celestia not that bad.”
“Wow, Malcolm is hot!”
“So, have you heard this one?”
“The Aristocrats!”
“*laughs* That is funny!”
“Celestia.”
“I’m being careful!”
“Look out! Here comes the tickle monster!”
“Oh, dear!”
“Here! Have this!”
“What is it?”
“Open it and find out!”
“...It’s a slice of pizza.”
“Double pepperoni pizza!”
“...Thank y...
“Oh, what is she doing now?! They better just be taking pictures in there!”
“Celestia is so hot! I wish she’d take me in there with her!”
“Meh, she’s all right.”
“Wow. These pictures really aren’t that bad.”
“Well, that’s a relief, at least. I would hate to have to take you out back ...
“Wait a minute—FANGS?!”
“Got a problem with that, Landgraab?”
“If you two would please excuse me...”
“Hey, Bruges, you’ll have to have a dance with me later.”
“I suppose I can save you one.”
“Celestia, dear, I think we shou...
“Well, I’ve managed to avoid that insufferable Bruges all evening.”
“GAH! The Sun!”
“Oh, not now! I’ll have a talk with her soon! For now, I must flee!”
“Hey, you ever heard of my brother Orion?”
“I can’t say that I have.”
“He had a good birthday!”
“...Is that it?”
“Of cours...
“Look, Bruges, I know you don’t like me very much and that I’m too pushy, but thanks for
hanging out with me tonight.”
“I’ve been nothing but rude to you since the night we met, Celestia, but I really had fun with you
tonight. Can you forgiv...
“Now, I owe you a dance.”
“Why, yes. Yes, you do. And may I just say? You’re awful.”
“Yes, I do believe I am.”
“*laughs*”
“Hey, do you want to go back to my place? It’s sure to still be night over there and you, me, and
Luna can go out to dinne...
Anyway, after a very eventful night together, Bruges followed Celestia out to the taxi.
And arrived back at the Greek House. It was, indeed, nighttime there. Yep. This is how time
works.
“It is jarring.”
“Luna, we’re back! Here she comes! Are you still up to dinner?”
“Of course I am.”
“Hey, guys! Bruges, what are you doing here?”
“Celestia and I met when we were both at Crypt O’ Night Club by chance.”

“That fancy restaurant?”

And soon, they arrived at the Londoste.

“...What?”
“Your sister. With the green glow. Over there.”
“How do you know my sister?”
“I ...
“Barcelona, hi!”
“Ah, Luna! Good to see you!”
“I believe ‘Kiss Kiss’ is customary?”
“It can be.”
“I think I’ll go play darts.”
I decided to look over at the other side of the restaurant and look who I found! Regulus, hi!

“*sigh* Fine. I’ll do it.”
“Excellent. Shall we high-five?”
“No.”
“Come now! It’s customary!”
“No.”
“Hm...”
“I’ll have to tell Luna and Celestia about those two.”
“Later, when that guy Bruges isn’t around.”
“Oh, and by the way...”
“I spotted Count Alan downtown.”
“Hey, Bruges, you okay?”
“What? Oh, yes, I’m fine.”
“Okay, well, keep watching us! I’m going to hit the bulls-eye, I just ...
“Bulls-eye! Yes!”
“Nice shot, Cel!”
“Sorry, what? Oh, yes, very nice.”
“Thanks, guys!”
“You’re very good at darts, Celestia.”
“Oh, thanks, Bruges.”
“And if I’m not being too forward, you really do look lovely.”
“Oh...well...thank you.”

“But that doesn’t mean we can’t have right now, does it?”
“I guess not.”
“Then, let’s have right now.”
“Okay.”
“Ehehehehe, excellent.”
“Um, Cel, did my eyes deceive me or were you and Bruges flirting?”
“Maybe a little.”
“He kissed your hand, you caressed hi...
“Besides, it’s Bruges! How fun can he be?”
“Luna, that’s mean!”
“I’m just teasing! We’re both sticks in the mud, remember?...
“Well, that was nice.”
“Indeed, it was.”
“However, after two nights of excitement, I think a good night’s sleep is in order.”
“Yeah, I need one too. I have to get ...
“Of course.”
“Bye, Bruges!”
“I never noticed how handsome he really is.”
The next day, Luna and Celestia were both doing the hobbies they do best. After awhile, Luna
decided to take a break.

“Hey, Cel?”
“What is it, Luna?”
“Bruges is coming this way.”
“Really?”
“Yep! And he has a kid with him, too.”
“Oh...wait, what?”
“Looks like Romi’s son.”
...
“Hey, there! You’re Louis, right?”
“Yep!”
“Hi, I’m Luna. We didn’t really get to meet last time.”
“Yeah, because Mother ma...
“Hi.”
“Hello. I hope you don’t mind that I brought Louis.”
“Not at all.”
“How are you?”
“I’m great! You?”
“Very well. Thank you.”
“Do you like to play ball?”
“Sometimes.”
“Do you want to play ball with me?”
“Sure, I’d love to sometime!”
“So, I use my wrench to tighten the bolts and that’s how you make a robot!”
“That’s so cool! Are you the girl Bruges likes...
“Hi, Bruges!”
“Hello, Louis.”
“I’m gonna go talk to your girlfriend!”
“Oh...well, okay.”
“So, you’re in college, right?”
“That’s right!”
“That’s cool! I can’t wait to be in college! Then, I wouldn’t have to ride the bus every day!”
“Yeah, but you’d have to do...
“Aw, don’t tell me that!”
“Sorry, it’s true!”
“Aw, that’s stupid!”
“Bruges, your girlfriend is weird. I don’t like her!”
“Give her time, Louis. You might learn to like her.”
“No, I won’t! C...

“I’m already going as fast as I can!”

“It’s getting late. I need to get Louis home.”
“Oh. I understand. Will I see you again soon?”
“Of course you will.”
“Until then.”
“*sighs*”
Having fun?

The next night, Romi came for another visit.
Luna happily greeted her.
“How has the servo been working out?”

“Really?”

“Been seeing anyone?”
“Um...a little bit here or there. Why?”
“No reason...”
“What are you doing?”
“Just looking.”
“There you are.”

Oh, God, it’s like that one panel of Animal Man where he...

“You too, Romi!”
“Stay saf...
“You stay safe too!”
“Oh, I always do.”
“Don’t poke anything with a stick!”
“That goes without saying, Luna. Good morning....

And while Luna fixes a car, Celestia builds a snowman.

Aw, no evil snowman!
“I think I’ll name him...Olaf!”
Does he like warm hugs?

“Yeah, it’s...

“I missed you.”
“I’ve missed you as well. How were your exams?”
“I got a B.”
“Congratulations.”
“Thanks!”
“I’m glad they’re over. Now, I have time to see you.”
“I always love seeing you.”
“You know, I really love your eyes. They...
Decided to make-out in the snow, huh?
“Not now, Author...”
Ah, I see. You’re having a moment.
“You know, Luna just finished fixing the car. We could...you know.”
“I like that idea.”
For the love of Plumbob, do not let Luna find out!
“I need to get going.”
“Will I see you soon?”
“Of course. Until then.”
“I love you.”
“I love you too.”
“*sigh*”
“You know, you’re kind of leaving me out, Author.”
Well, you’re not dating an ambiguous side character. When you do, you’l...
“INTRUDER ALERT! INTRUDER ALERT!”
“OH, COME ON!”
Heh heh heh.
“Oh, hey, Bruges. Just dropping off flowers?”
“Yep.”
“Carry on, then.”
“Here, Luna, I painted this picture of Romi a while ago. I think it’ll mean more to you, so here
you go.”
“Oh, wow, Cel, t...
“I think eggs would better if we fried them. They look so much cheerier that way.”

“INTRUDER ALERT! INTRUDER ALERT!”
“EEK!”
Uh-oh. Looks like RoboCop is malfunctioning.
“Why would RoboCop zap me? Luna!”
“Dammit, RoboCop! You can’t just zap my sister! Don’t worry, Cel, I’ve got it!”
“Thanks...”
Luna and Celestia are almost out of school. This being a Greek House, we need a placeholder. I
looked at Celestia and Luna...
“I’d love to pledge!”
“Hey, Author, guess what!”
What, Luna?
“I just finished my last semester!”
That’s awesome, Luna! You know what that means,...
“The family is all invited! So’s Meadow!”
Just wanted to add this photo to show you that Luna does have elf ears! See? SEE...
The guests are all arriving! And where would a party be without juice?
Meadow and Luna wasted no time.
“I missed you, Luney!”
“Missed you too, Meadow!”
“Ha! Take that, cup!”
Hey, Orion! How’s it going?
“Oh, hey, Author. You’re not going to call me a waste of space, are you?...
“Orion! It’s been forever!”
“Hey, Luna! Congrats on graduating! My sister, the scientist!”
“Future mad scientist, you mean...
“So, pillow fight?”
“Maybe later.”
“Mom! You look great!”
“Luna, look at you! I always knew you were destined for greatness!”
“You should see Cel!”
“There’s my girl!”
“Mama!”
“You’re all grown-up! My baby!”
“Maaaama!”
“Great to see you, Cel!”
“You too, Orion! How’s your bachelor’s pad?”
“Fantastic! You need to visit!”
“I will!”
“Hey, Reg!”
“Hey, Luna. I need to talk to Celestia when I get a chance.”
“Well, there’s plenty of time!”
What is Lila doin...
Here’s a nice graduation portrait. She looks lovely in her robes, doesn’t she?
“Come on, Meadow, let’s dance!”
“Okay!”
Meanwhile, Celestia and Amanda went inside, where Celestia welcomed Amanda to the Greek
House.
“You’ll take good care of i...
Regulus went followed them into the house.
“Regulus!”
“Hi, Celestia. I have something to talk to you about.”
“What is it?”
“Well, you know that guy Bruges?”
“How do you know about him?”
“I saw you together at the Londoste and I overheard him talking with his sister.”
“Barcelona? What were they talking about?”
“They were talking about Luna...and you...”
“Really? What did they say?”
“She told him to spend time with you and Luna to gather information.”
“What? Oh, come on, Reg! That’s silly! Why would anyone want to spy on us?”
“Well, you’re both Legacy Sims. That’s importa...
“Well, you heard wrong!”
“I did not hear wrong!”
“He’s not a spy! He loves me! And I love him!”
“You don’t actually believe that, do you?”
“Of course I do!”
“Well, listen up! He’s lying to you, Cel! Everything he’s ever told you is a lie!”
“You don’t know that!”
“I do know that!...
“Get out, Reg!”
“What?”
“I said, ‘Get out!’”
“I was invited by Luna! This is her party! Not yours!”
“Then, if you’ll excuse me.”
“You’re nothing but a spoiled brat, Celestia! When he breaks your heart, don’t come crying to
me!”
“Oh, shut up, Regulus!”
Regulus doesn’t know what he’s talking about! He doesn’t know Bruges! Whatever he heard
couldn’t be that! He’s wrong! I ju...
But...what if he’s right? What if it really was a lie? What if...?
“Oh, Bruges!”
Regulus tried his best to calm down and went outside to rejoin the party. He joined his family in
the Smustle.
Celestia came down once she calmed down as well. She tried her best to put on a smile for her
family. She and Reg avoided ...
Luna and Meadow ended the party with a kiss. It was a roof-raiser.
Time for Luna to grow up!
“Let’s do this! Sparkles, and...!
She grew up into unsuitable transition clothing.
“Oh, Plumbob, am I wearing pink?”
Don’t worry, Luna! We’ll change it soon...
“See you soon, Luna!”
“Don’t burn the place down, Cel!”
“I won’t! I don’t even know that spell!”
And so, Luna left college. Celestia wished she didn’t. She really needed someone to talk to.
“I need juice.”
Here’s Amanda after a makeover. I thought she might be a good Sim to test that hair on. She’s
kind of pretty!
“You know it...
As she walked back into the living room, she found Celestia crying.
“Celestia, what’s wrong?”
“Bruges, he...and I...and he...and...and...Amanda!”
“It’s okay, Celestia. I’m here.”
The next day, Celestia finished her own final exams and it was time for her own graduation
party.
Here’s her graduation po...
The guests started to arrive.
“Weren’t we all just here?”
“I’m just kind of going with it.”
Celestia even invited Max.
“Celestia! It’s been so long!”
“Hello, Max.”
Bruges, however, was left off the guest list.
“Hey, Cel, congrats!”
“Thanks, Orion.”
“I don’t see Reg around. Is he coming?”
“No.”
“Did you invite him?”
“No.”
“Let’s dance, Max!”
“Are you okay, Cel?”
“I’m fine. Why do you ask?”
“You seem off.”
“I’m fine. I promise.”
“Well, if you’re sure...”
“I am.”
“Hm...do I hear wedding bells?”
We’ll see, Jess.
Celestia decided to prank Orion with a good old-fashioned joy buzzer.
“Ha! Gotcha, Orion!”
Orion retaliated with a water balloon.
“Look over there!”
“Huh? EEK!”
“*laughs* That was great!”
“*laughs* Love ya, Cel!”
“Is Celestia okay, Orion? I’m worried about her.”
“I don’t know. I know she wasn’t like this yesterday.”
“What do you think happened?”
“I don’t know. I know Reg was talking about wanting to tell her something.”
“I wonder what i...
“That’s concerning.”
“Agreed.”
Like Luna’s party, this one ended with a kiss.
Sparkles, and...!
Awesome transition clothes!
“Well, I am a witch.”
It’s a great perk!
Time to go home.
“It’ll be good to be home.”
You okay?
“I’m fine.”
And with a somber picture of Celestia, we end the Night sisters’ college years. Next, we’ll have
another interlude and the...

Transcript of "The Night Legacy Generation 2 College (Part 3)"

  1. 1. Welcome back to the Night Legacy! In the last chapter, Luna and Celestia met Bruges, Count Alan, and Luna met Barcelona. This chapter will be long. I thought the first College chapter was long. Ha! I say ‘Ha!’” This one has 213 slides. Yep. So, if you need a bathroom break, take it now. Anyway, it looks like Bruges, of all people, has decided to greet us this chapter. Say ‘hi’ to the audience, Bruges! “Hello.”
  2. 2. As it so happens, Celestia was visiting the exact same club. She decided to go over and say ‘hi.’
  3. 3. “Bruges, hi! Funny running into you here!” “Oh. Hello, Celestia.”
  4. 4. “I see that you’re glowing now.” “Oh, yeah, sometimes it turns off. I don’t really have any control over it.” “I see.”
  5. 5. “I was just talking to my friend over there. Would you like to meet her?” “Oh. Well, if she’s your friend, then I’m sure she’s lovely.” “I’ll go get her, then! Wait right here!” “All right.”
  6. 6. “*sigh*”
  7. 7. “Contessa, this is Bruges. Bruges, this is Contessa Hope.” “Ah, Contessa. It’s a pleasure. How do you know Celestia?” “I’m an old family friend. I’ve known Celestia since she was a small child. She’s a dear friend. A very dear friend.” “Ah. I see.” “Hm.”
  8. 8. “You have some very powerful friends.” “I guess so. She’s just always known my family. I guess I never really thought much of her title.” “Well, that’s how a friendship should be.” “Oh, definitely!”
  9. 9. “Oh...” “What is it?” “I just...saw someone I don’t particularly like.” “Well, just ignore them, then.” “I could...but that wouldn’t be very polite. I should at least say ‘hello.’”
  10. 10. “Be right back.” “Um...a-all right...*clears throat*”
  11. 11. “Ah, Celestia, good to see you.” “Hello.” “I apologize for my behavior the other night. I was very rude to you and your sister.” “It’s okay.”
  12. 12. “How’s Romi?” “She’s well. I’m so sorry, my dear, but you’ll have to excuse me. I have something to attend to.” “It’s okay. I just wanted to say ‘hi.’”
  13. 13. “That Count’s about as pleasant as a raincloud.” “*snorts* Oh, yes, he thinks very highly of himself.” “I wouldn’t mind as much if he hadn’t acted so rudely. Well, at least he apologized.” “He has his mood swings, that much is certain.”
  14. 14. “I would be careful, Celestia. I’m not sure if I entirely trust him.” “What? Why?” “There’s something about him...” “It’s the robes, isn’t it?” “And the way he acts. Just...be careful.” “I will. Thanks, Contessa.” “Any time.”
  15. 15. “Hm...Maybe Celestia not that bad.” “Wow, Malcolm is hot!”
  16. 16. “So, have you heard this one?”
  17. 17. “The Aristocrats!” “*laughs* That is funny!” “Celestia.” “I’m being careful!”
  18. 18. “Look out! Here comes the tickle monster!” “Oh, dear!”
  19. 19. “Here! Have this!” “What is it?” “Open it and find out!” “...It’s a slice of pizza.” “Double pepperoni pizza!” “...Thank you. It’s lovely.” “You’re welcome!”
  20. 20. “Oh, what is she doing now?! They better just be taking pictures in there!”
  21. 21. “Celestia is so hot! I wish she’d take me in there with her!” “Meh, she’s all right.”
  22. 22. “Wow. These pictures really aren’t that bad.” “Well, that’s a relief, at least. I would hate to have to take you out back and show you my fangs...” “Could you stop hogging the photo booth? I need it.”
  23. 23. “Wait a minute—FANGS?!” “Got a problem with that, Landgraab?” “If you two would please excuse me...”
  24. 24. “Hey, Bruges, you’ll have to have a dance with me later.” “I suppose I can save you one.” “Celestia, dear, I think we should talk. Um, excuse me, Miss.” “Celestia, marry me!”
  25. 25. “Well, I’ve managed to avoid that insufferable Bruges all evening.”
  26. 26. “GAH! The Sun!”
  27. 27. “Oh, not now! I’ll have a talk with her soon! For now, I must flee!”
  28. 28. “Hey, you ever heard of my brother Orion?” “I can’t say that I have.” “He had a good birthday!” “...Is that it?” “Of course! I’m happy for him! He’s the best!” “Well, good for him, then.”
  29. 29. “Look, Bruges, I know you don’t like me very much and that I’m too pushy, but thanks for hanging out with me tonight.”
  30. 30. “I’ve been nothing but rude to you since the night we met, Celestia, but I really had fun with you tonight. Can you forgive me?” “Of course I can.” “Good.”
  31. 31. “Now, I owe you a dance.” “Why, yes. Yes, you do. And may I just say? You’re awful.” “Yes, I do believe I am.” “*laughs*”
  32. 32. “Hey, do you want to go back to my place? It’s sure to still be night over there and you, me, and Luna can go out to dinner. What do you say?” “That sounds nice.” “Good!” Oh, yes, you’re being very careful, indeed. “Whoa! Where did you come from?” I’ve been observing. “Er, who are you talking to?” “The Author.” “Ah, yes. I hear her occasionally too.” I heard that line about Orion being the best. Words uttered for the first time in history.
  33. 33. Anyway, after a very eventful night together, Bruges followed Celestia out to the taxi.
  34. 34. And arrived back at the Greek House. It was, indeed, nighttime there. Yep. This is how time works. “It is jarring.”
  35. 35. “Luna, we’re back! Here she comes! Are you still up to dinner?” “Of course I am.”
  36. 36. “Hey, guys! Bruges, what are you doing here?” “Celestia and I met when we were both at Crypt O’ Night Club by chance.” “We were wondering if you wanted to go out to dinner. Have you eaten yet?” “Nope. I’d love to go! Where are we going?”
  37. 37. “Have you tried the Londoste?” “That fancy restaurant?” “Yes, that’s the one. The food is quite good.” “Sounds good to me.” “Me too! I’ll go call for a taxi!”
  38. 38. “Hi, can I get a taxi to the Londoste? We’re the Greek House at Sim State University. No, not that one. Not that one, either. The one that doesn’t have a name. That’s the one! Okay, see you soon!”
  39. 39. “You know, we really should have a name.” “Yeah, we should! What about the Weird Sisters?” “Isn’t that a band?” “What on Earth am I doing?”
  40. 40. When the cab arrived, the three quickly slid in. (Note: Celestia had been sitting in the front seat before Luna got in, and then she disappeared. It’s MAAAAAAAGIC!)
  41. 41. And soon, they arrived at the Londoste. “Wow, I don’t think I’m dressed nicely enough for this place.”
  42. 42. “You look lovely, Celestia. Don’t worry.” “That’s easy for you to say! You have those nice robes!” “If it makes you feel better, I’ll gladly keep my coat on during dinner.” “Really? Aw, that’s sweet!”
  43. 43. “Hi! Table for three, please” “Of course, right this way, Miss.” “Heehee, Miss.”
  44. 44. “So, what’s good here?” “The Lobster Thermidor is excellent.” “Ha! Lobster on our budget? No, thanks! I think I’ll just have a salad.” “Yeah, I don’t think I’ll have lobster either. The prawns look good, though!” “Suit yourselves.”
  45. 45. “Could I get that salad with a nice pair of heels?” “Of course, ma’am!” “In pink? They’re for my sister.” “Absolutely!” “Does Luna often ask for shoes from waitresses?” “Not usually.”
  46. 46. “It’s a nice restaurant! I wanted to test the perks!” “If you say so.” “Thanks for the shoes!” “Any time!”
  47. 47. “So, Bruges, ever been on a dream date?” “*chokes a little* A what?” “A dream date! You know, when two people are out together and they’re having a good time...?” “*clears throat* No, I can’t say that I have.”
  48. 48. “Have ever been on a date at all?” “Dating has never been my priority.” “Maybe he just can’t get a date, Cel.” “Aw, come on, Luna! That’s mean!” “Perhaps your sister is right...”
  49. 49. “Maybe it’s because I’m too handsome.” “Or you’re too much of a stick in the mud.”
  50. 50. “You think so little of me, Luna?” “Oh, you know I’m kidding! I spend all my time fixing robots and keeping my grades up. Who am I to judge?” “Oh, you’re no stick in the mud.” “Is that another witch?”
  51. 51. “I think it is!”
  52. 52. “I think I’ll go over and say ‘hello.’”
  53. 53. “Hi! I’m—” “Celestia Night of 35 Night Vale Lane. Yes, I know.” “Uh...that’s right. How did you know that?” “Because I live in 33 Night Vale Lane.”
  54. 54. “Oh, so, you live in that big house down the street!” “Yes, that’s correct.” “I didn’t know we had a witch on our street! What’s your name?” “Barcelona.”
  55. 55. “You’re not related to Bruges, are you?” “Yes, he’s my brother. I see you and your sister know him very well.” “Yeah, he’s our friend! I thought you two looked alike!” “I wasn’t aware Bruges had friends.”
  56. 56. “Hey, isn’t that your sister?” “...What?” “Your sister. With the green glow. Over there.” “How do you know my sister?” “I met her while I was out on a date. I should go greet her.” “Um, maybe you shouldn’t.” “Of course I should. It’ll be fine.” “Somehow I doubt that.”
  57. 57. “Barcelona, hi!” “Ah, Luna! Good to see you!”
  58. 58. “I believe ‘Kiss Kiss’ is customary?” “It can be.” “I think I’ll go play darts.”
  59. 59. I decided to look over at the other side of the restaurant and look who I found! Regulus, hi! “Hi, Author.” What are you doing here? “Playing chess. Hey, when are you going to make a chapter about what I’m up to?” Oh, the spares will get a chapter soon! Don’t worry!
  60. 60. “Luna!” “Reg! I haven’t seen you since your wedding! How’s—” Oh, no, you don’t! We’ll find out who Regulus married in the spares chapter! Next slide!
  61. 61. “Our specials include Lobster Thermidor, Lime-Seared Prawns, Salmon—” “As nice as that sounds, I’m afraid you’ll have to excuse me. I need to have a word with my brother.”
  62. 62. “Bruges! Fancy seeing you here!” “Did you follow me here?” “I just so happen to have dinner with an associate at the same restaurant as you and you think I deliberately followed you here?” “I wouldn’t put it past you.” “Bruges, I’m hurt!”
  63. 63. “What do you want?” “I couldn’t help but notice that you were having dinner with the Night sisters.” “Yes, what of it?” “Tell me what you know about them.” “No, I don’t think I will.”
  64. 64. “What? You can’t tell your sister about your friends?” “Why do you want to know so much about them?” “I want to be their friend as well.”
  65. 65. “No, seriously?” “I cannot make friends as well?” “Have you ever actually had a friend?”
  66. 66. “You can’t really expect me to stir a cauldron and cackle evilly all the time, now, can you?” “Well, if the shoe fits.” “Besides, I highly doubt you’ve ever had a friend either. I doubt even more that you consider the sisters friends now.” “No comment.”
  67. 67. “For once, a loss for words. I want to know about the family. I’ve been observing them closely since we came here. I just need more details and I have no doubt that you know them. That’s all. Now, what do you know about them?” “You’re never going to leave me alone about this, are you?” “Only if you’re not cooperative.” “*sigh* All right.”
  68. 68. “The two have brothers, but neither of them are attending college with them and I don’t think either of them have lived in the family Greek House. From what I understand, the sisters and they alone are competing for the title of family heir, so I can only assume that the family is matriarchal.” “Who is favored?” “Celestia.” “Does Luna show any sign of resentment toward her?” “Not at all. They get along quite well together. In my time with them, which is admittedly short, I’ve only seen them show resentment toward one person.” “Hm...interesting.”
  69. 69. “I have an assignment for you.” “Oh, do tell!” “The sarcasm is unneeded. Continue to spend time with them. Gather information about them and report it back to me.” “And if I refuse?” “I understand that Romi has received a servo from dear Luna. Your position as babysitter can be easily replaced.” “Oh, but then, you’d have no one to do your bidding.” “I have other ways, dear brother.”
  70. 70. “*sigh* Fine. I’ll do it.” “Excellent. Shall we high-five?” “No.” “Come now! It’s customary!” “No.” “Hm...”
  71. 71. “I’ll have to tell Luna and Celestia about those two.”
  72. 72. “Later, when that guy Bruges isn’t around.”
  73. 73. “Oh, and by the way...”
  74. 74. “I spotted Count Alan downtown.”
  75. 75. “Hey, Bruges, you okay?” “What? Oh, yes, I’m fine.” “Okay, well, keep watching us! I’m going to hit the bulls-eye, I just know it!” “I...yes. Yes, of course I will.”
  76. 76. “Bulls-eye! Yes!” “Nice shot, Cel!” “Sorry, what? Oh, yes, very nice.” “Thanks, guys!”
  77. 77. “You’re very good at darts, Celestia.” “Oh, thanks, Bruges.”
  78. 78. “And if I’m not being too forward, you really do look lovely.” “Oh...well...thank you.” “Excuse me, could you to move? I want to use the dartboard.” “Oh! Sorry! Come on, let’s go over here.”
  79. 79. “Huh? Bruges, what are you doing?” “Do you not like it?”
  80. 80. “I never said that. I just didn’t know you felt that way. I thought you didn’t like me.” “I’ve had such a nice time with you these last two nights. It’s made me see you in a whole new light.” “You know that if I become my family’s heir, nothing can happen between us, right?” “I understand.”
  81. 81. “But that doesn’t mean we can’t have right now, does it?” “I guess not.”
  82. 82. “Then, let’s have right now.” “Okay.”
  83. 83. “Ehehehehe, excellent.”
  84. 84. “Um, Cel, did my eyes deceive me or were you and Bruges flirting?” “Maybe a little.” “He kissed your hand, you caressed his face, etc...” “Okay, maybe we were.” “Are you sure you want to do this? If you win the heir poll, you can’t marry him, you know.” “I know, I know, but...it’s nice to have right now, you know?” “Yeah, I guess so. Just be careful, okay?” “I will.”
  85. 85. “Besides, it’s Bruges! How fun can he be?” “Luna, that’s mean!” “I’m just teasing! We’re both sticks in the mud, remember?” “Oh, yeah, you are!” *both laugh*
  86. 86. “Well, that was nice.” “Indeed, it was.”
  87. 87. “However, after two nights of excitement, I think a good night’s sleep is in order.” “Yeah, I need one too. I have to get up early. See you soon?”
  88. 88. “Of course.”
  89. 89. “Bye, Bruges!”
  90. 90. “I never noticed how handsome he really is.”
  91. 91. The next day, Luna and Celestia were both doing the hobbies they do best. After awhile, Luna decided to take a break. “Making robots is hard work!”
  92. 92. “Hey, Cel?” “What is it, Luna?”
  93. 93. “Bruges is coming this way.” “Really?” “Yep! And he has a kid with him, too.” “Oh...wait, what?” “Looks like Romi’s son.” “Oh! He must be babysitting!”
  94. 94. “Hey, there! You’re Louis, right?” “Yep!” “Hi, I’m Luna. We didn’t really get to meet last time.” “Yeah, because Mother made me go home and go to bed.” “That’s what moms do, you know. They boss you around.” “It’s not fair!” “I think there’s a song about that.”
  95. 95. “Hi.” “Hello. I hope you don’t mind that I brought Louis.” “Not at all.”
  96. 96. “How are you?” “I’m great! You?” “Very well. Thank you.”
  97. 97. “Do you like to play ball?” “Sometimes.” “Do you want to play ball with me?” “Sure, I’d love to sometime!”
  98. 98. “So, I use my wrench to tighten the bolts and that’s how you make a robot!” “That’s so cool! Are you the girl Bruges likes?” “Oh, no, he’s not my type. He likes my sister Celestia.” “Oh...I like you better.” “Have you ever actually met my sister?” “No.” “You should probably meet her first before you judge.” “Does she make robots like you?” “Well, no.” “You’re still better.”
  99. 99. “Hi, Bruges!” “Hello, Louis.” “I’m gonna go talk to your girlfriend!” “Oh...well, okay.”
  100. 100. “So, you’re in college, right?” “That’s right!”
  101. 101. “That’s cool! I can’t wait to be in college! Then, I wouldn’t have to ride the bus every day!” “Yeah, but you’d have to do more work here than you have to do at your school.”
  102. 102. “Aw, don’t tell me that!” “Sorry, it’s true!” “Aw, that’s stupid!”
  103. 103. “Bruges, your girlfriend is weird. I don’t like her!” “Give her time, Louis. You might learn to like her.” “No, I won’t! Can you come outside and play with me?” “Of course.”
  104. 104. “Whee! Faster, faster!” “I’m already going as fast as I can!” Celestia walked outside and took a moment to look at the picture in front of her. Louis seemed to like Bruges a lot. For a moment, she wondered what it would a family with Bruges would be like. While she knew it probably wouldn’t happen, it was still a nice picture.
  105. 105. Celestia walked over to them. As Bruges slowed to a stop and set Louis down, he met her with a kiss. “Louis wanted to play outside.” “I hope I wasn’t interrupting.” “Not at all.”
  106. 106. “It’s getting late. I need to get Louis home.” “Oh. I understand. Will I see you again soon?” “Of course you will.”
  107. 107. “Until then.”
  108. 108. “*sighs*” Having fun? “*screams in surprise* Author, you scared me! Where have you been?” Observing. You know you’re in the lead in the heir poll, right? “Yes.” And you know that if you win, you can’t marry him since he’s not a townie or NPC, right? “It’s nothing serious.” Mm-hm. This is going to end badly. “No, it won’t! It’s none of your business, anyway!” It’s completely my business. Just be careful, okay? “Everybody keeps telling me that! I’ll be fine!” I hope so.
  109. 109. The next night, Romi came for another visit.
  110. 110. Luna happily greeted her.
  111. 111. “How has the servo been working out?”
  112. 112. “We activated him yesterday. Louis named him Irving. He’s been...interesting company, to say the least. He’s been helping Bruges with the kids.”
  113. 113. “We’ve seen a lot of Bruges recently.” “Really?” “Yep, especially Celestia. She and Bruges have been seeing a lot of each other. A lot.” “You don’t say...”
  114. 114. “I’ve gotta say, it’s a little hard to think of Bruges dating. He doesn’t exactly come across as a lady killer.” “Ha! I thought the same thing!”
  115. 115. “Still, I think I’ll have a word with Bruges.”
  116. 116. “Hey, Romi! Good to see you!” “You too, Celestia. How’s your art coming?” “Great! I just sold one for 500 Simoleons!” “That’s fantastic!”
  117. 117. “Been seeing anyone?” “Um...a little bit here or there. Why?” “No reason...” “What are you doing?” “Just looking.”
  118. 118. “There you are.” ...Romi? Can you see me? “I can see all of you.” Oh, God, it’s like that one panel of Animal Man where he turns around and see the reader! It’s so creepy! “So, you’ve been using our lives for entertainment, have you?” Next slide!
  119. 119. “Well, I should be getting home. It’s almost time for sunrise. It’s been good to see you both.” “You too, Romi!” “Stay safe, okay?” “Of course.”
  120. 120. “You stay safe too!” “Oh, I always do.” “Don’t poke anything with a stick!” “That goes without saying, Luna. Good morning.” “Good morning to you too!” “Bleck.”
  121. 121. “INTRUDER ALERT! INTRUDER ALERT!” “AIYEE!” Ha! It never gets old!
  122. 122. Luna had been wanting a car, so I decided to get her one to fix up, since she loves it so much. Although, this one is pretty messed up. Think you can fix it, Luna? “Challenge accepted!” Well, okay, then!
  123. 123. And while Luna fixes a car, Celestia builds a snowman. “Dum dee dum...”
  124. 124. “There we go! I shall name him Frosty! Now, let’s see if I can bring him to life!” Um, no, Celestia, I don’t think that’s a good idea. “Aw, why not?” Snowmen die slow, painful deaths. “...Yeah, okay, you’re right.”
  125. 125. Hey, Luna, I saw the car in the last slide. It looks great! “Thanks, Author! Now, I’m just trying to relax and build a snowman.” Always a good idea!
  126. 126. Aw, no evil snowman! “I think I’ll name him...Olaf!” Does he like warm hugs?
  127. 127. “Hm...” “Hi, Luna!” “AH! What the—Cel, where did you come from?” “New trick! I wanted to try it out! Like it?” “Yeah, it’s great. Really, just great.”
  128. 128. “Hi, Bruges! I know I haven’t called in a couple of days. I had exams. Hey, you wanna come over? I’d love to see you. ... Okay, see you soon! Bye!”
  129. 129. “I missed you.” “I’ve missed you as well. How were your exams?” “I got a B.” “Congratulations.” “Thanks!”
  130. 130. “I’m glad they’re over. Now, I have time to see you.” “I always love seeing you.” “You know, I really love your eyes. They’re so big and blue.” “They’re not as beautiful as your eyes. Blue is nice, but nothing could beat your shade of violet. They’re the loveliest eyes I’ve ever seen.”
  131. 131. Decided to make-out in the snow, huh? “Not now, Author...” Ah, I see. You’re having a moment.
  132. 132. “You know, Luna just finished fixing the car. We could...you know.” “I like that idea.”
  133. 133. For the love of Plumbob, do not let Luna find out!
  134. 134. “I need to get going.” “Will I see you soon?” “Of course. Until then.” “I love you.” “I love you too.”
  135. 135. “*sigh*”
  136. 136. “You know, you’re kind of leaving me out, Author.” Well, you’re not dating an ambiguous side character. When you do, you’ll get more screen time. “Hmph.”
  137. 137. “INTRUDER ALERT! INTRUDER ALERT!” “OH, COME ON!” Heh heh heh.
  138. 138. “Oh, hey, Bruges. Just dropping off flowers?” “Yep.” “Carry on, then.”
  139. 139. “Here, Luna, I painted this picture of Romi a while ago. I think it’ll mean more to you, so here you go.” “Oh, wow, Cel, thanks! I love it!” “You’re welcome! I’m about to go out with Bruges, so I’ll see you later!” “Have fun!”
  140. 140. “I think eggs would better if we fried them. They look so much cheerier that way.” “I agree.”
  141. 141. “Celestia, are you all right?” “I’m going to become the heir of my family, I know it. After college, I have to marry and have children.” “You could always give it up if the idea scares you.” “It does scare me, but I also don’t want to let down my family. But if I take it, I can’t marry you. I don’t know.”
  142. 142. “Whatever you choose, it will be what you want. And if you decide to take the heirship, I will be thankful for the time I’ve spent with you.” “Oh, Bruges...”
  143. 143. “I think I had a little too much to eat.” “That’s nothing to be ashamed of.” “Is that Lila’s daughter? Damn! Clemencia must have gotten to her. I shouldn’t have left them alone. Time for a new plan.”
  144. 144. “INTRUDER ALERT! INTRUDER ALERT!” “EEK!” Uh-oh. Looks like RoboCop is malfunctioning.
  145. 145. “Why would RoboCop zap me? Luna!”
  146. 146. “Dammit, RoboCop! You can’t just zap my sister! Don’t worry, Cel, I’ve got it!” “Thanks...”
  147. 147. Luna and Celestia are almost out of school. This being a Greek House, we need a placeholder. I looked at Celestia and Luna’s relationships and saw that Celestia had a good relationship with Amanda here. “So, Amanda, we wanted to know if you’d like to pledge!” “How do you feel about pollution?” “Hate it!”
  148. 148. “I’d love to pledge!”
  149. 149. “Hey, Author, guess what!” What, Luna? “I just finished my last semester!” That’s awesome, Luna! You know what that means, don’t you? “PARTY!”
  150. 150. “The family is all invited! So’s Meadow!” Just wanted to add this photo to show you that Luna does have elf ears! See? SEE?!
  151. 151. The guests are all arriving! And where would a party be without juice?
  152. 152. Meadow and Luna wasted no time. “I missed you, Luney!” “Missed you too, Meadow!”
  153. 153. “Ha! Take that, cup!” Hey, Orion! How’s it going? “Oh, hey, Author. You’re not going to call me a waste of space, are you?” Nope! You’re an adult now! I actually kind of like you now! “Oh...okay. Well, I won’t complain, then!” Good.
  154. 154. “Orion! It’s been forever!” “Hey, Luna! Congrats on graduating! My sister, the scientist!” “Future mad scientist, you mean!” “That’s what I meant!”
  155. 155. “So, pillow fight?” “Maybe later.”
  156. 156. “Mom! You look great!” “Luna, look at you! I always knew you were destined for greatness!” “You should see Cel!”
  157. 157. “There’s my girl!” “Mama!” “You’re all grown-up! My baby!” “Maaaama!”
  158. 158. “Great to see you, Cel!” “You too, Orion! How’s your bachelor’s pad?” “Fantastic! You need to visit!” “I will!”
  159. 159. “Hey, Reg!” “Hey, Luna. I need to talk to Celestia when I get a chance.” “Well, there’s plenty of time!” What is Lila doing? “I can hear the ocean.”
  160. 160. Here’s a nice graduation portrait. She looks lovely in her robes, doesn’t she?
  161. 161. “Come on, Meadow, let’s dance!” “Okay!”
  162. 162. Meanwhile, Celestia and Amanda went inside, where Celestia welcomed Amanda to the Greek House. “You’ll take good care of it, won’t you?” “Oh, you have nothing to worry about! It’s safe with me!”
  163. 163. Regulus went followed them into the house.
  164. 164. “Regulus!” “Hi, Celestia. I have something to talk to you about.”
  165. 165. “What is it?” “Well, you know that guy Bruges?”
  166. 166. “How do you know about him?” “I saw you together at the Londoste and I overheard him talking with his sister.”
  167. 167. “Barcelona? What were they talking about?” “They were talking about Luna...and you...”
  168. 168. “Really? What did they say?” “She told him to spend time with you and Luna to gather information.”
  169. 169. “What? Oh, come on, Reg! That’s silly! Why would anyone want to spy on us?” “Well, you’re both Legacy Sims. That’s important.” “He’s not a spy, Reg.” “I’m just telling you what I heard.”
  170. 170. “Well, you heard wrong!” “I did not hear wrong!”
  171. 171. “He’s not a spy! He loves me! And I love him!” “You don’t actually believe that, do you?” “Of course I do!”
  172. 172. “Well, listen up! He’s lying to you, Cel! Everything he’s ever told you is a lie!” “You don’t know that!” “I do know that! I heard them, Cel! He doesn’t care about you! He only cares about what he can get from you!”
  173. 173. “Get out, Reg!” “What?” “I said, ‘Get out!’” “I was invited by Luna! This is her party! Not yours!”
  174. 174. “Then, if you’ll excuse me.”
  175. 175. “You’re nothing but a spoiled brat, Celestia! When he breaks your heart, don’t come crying to me!”
  176. 176. “Oh, shut up, Regulus!”
  177. 177. Regulus doesn’t know what he’s talking about! He doesn’t know Bruges! Whatever he heard couldn’t be that! He’s wrong! I just know he is!
  178. 178. But...what if he’s right? What if it really was a lie? What if...?
  179. 179. “Oh, Bruges!”
  180. 180. Regulus tried his best to calm down and went outside to rejoin the party. He joined his family in the Smustle.
  181. 181. Celestia came down once she calmed down as well. She tried her best to put on a smile for her family. She and Reg avoided each other.
  182. 182. Luna and Meadow ended the party with a kiss. It was a roof-raiser.
  183. 183. Time for Luna to grow up! “Let’s do this! Sparkles, and...!
  184. 184. She grew up into unsuitable transition clothing. “Oh, Plumbob, am I wearing pink?” Don’t worry, Luna! We’ll change it soon!
  185. 185. “See you soon, Luna!” “Don’t burn the place down, Cel!” “I won’t! I don’t even know that spell!”
  186. 186. And so, Luna left college. Celestia wished she didn’t. She really needed someone to talk to.
  187. 187. “I need juice.”
  188. 188. Here’s Amanda after a makeover. I thought she might be a good Sim to test that hair on. She’s kind of pretty! “You know it!”
  189. 189. As she walked back into the living room, she found Celestia crying.
  190. 190. “Celestia, what’s wrong?” “Bruges, he...and I...and he...and...and...Amanda!”
  191. 191. “It’s okay, Celestia. I’m here.”
  192. 192. The next day, Celestia finished her own final exams and it was time for her own graduation party. Here’s her graduation portrait. She looks like lovely, as always. “Thank you, Author.”
  193. 193. The guests started to arrive. “Weren’t we all just here?” “I’m just kind of going with it.”
  194. 194. Celestia even invited Max. “Celestia! It’s been so long!” “Hello, Max.” Bruges, however, was left off the guest list.
  195. 195. “Hey, Cel, congrats!” “Thanks, Orion.” “I don’t see Reg around. Is he coming?” “No.”
  196. 196. “Did you invite him?” “No.”
  197. 197. “Let’s dance, Max!” “Are you okay, Cel?” “I’m fine. Why do you ask?” “You seem off.”
  198. 198. “I’m fine. I promise.” “Well, if you’re sure...” “I am.” “Hm...do I hear wedding bells?” We’ll see, Jess.
  199. 199. Celestia decided to prank Orion with a good old-fashioned joy buzzer. “Ha! Gotcha, Orion!”
  200. 200. Orion retaliated with a water balloon. “Look over there!” “Huh? EEK!”
  201. 201. “*laughs* That was great!” “*laughs* Love ya, Cel!”
  202. 202. “Is Celestia okay, Orion? I’m worried about her.” “I don’t know. I know she wasn’t like this yesterday.”
  203. 203. “What do you think happened?” “I don’t know. I know Reg was talking about wanting to tell her something.” “I wonder what it was.” “It can’t have been good. She didn’t invite him to the party.”
  204. 204. “That’s concerning.” “Agreed.”
  205. 205. Like Luna’s party, this one ended with a kiss.
  206. 206. Sparkles, and...!
  207. 207. Awesome transition clothes! “Well, I am a witch.” It’s a great perk!
  208. 208. Time to go home. “It’ll be good to be home.” You okay? “I’m fine.”
  209. 209. And with a somber picture of Celestia, we end the Night sisters’ college years. Next, we’ll have another interlude and then, we’ll jump right into generation 3! What will happen? Who knows? Find out in the next chapter of the Night Legacy! See you then!
