  • 3. The TRX Training Workshop The squat is a whole-body exercise useful for building athletic strength and power. It is also a very useful exercise in fat loss programmes. It is functional - meaning that it is useful for everyday life; every time you sit down, get in/out of your car, etc, you are doing some form of squat. In this workshop you can learn how to squat safely and effectively.
