I didn’t know that a short sale existed until I heard about it from 1st Foreclosure Prevention. It’s what saved my home from foreclosure. I owe them a debt of gratitude that might never be paid off.

When the foreclosure papers arrived in the mail, I just sat at the table staring at them. I guess I thought if I looked hard enough I would find the answer. It didn’t happen. My neighbor told me about 1st Foreclosure Prevention, so I made the call. I wasn’t expecting much. Was I so very wrong! They told me about short sales and we decided together that it would be the best route. It worked, and my home will remain with me. Write down the name. I hope you never need it, but if you do, you’ll have it.

I tried a local company when i was served with foreclosure papers and they did nothing. They didn’t even return my call the first time I called them. A friend told me about 1st Foreclosure Prevention and I expected a repeat performance. I was shocked when they answered the phone right away. I thought I would have to leave a message and wait for them to call me back. They were very professional and put me right at ease. They explained what I could do and then let me decide how to proceed. They called my banker and worked out a plan. Now, my home is mine and I don’t have to worry about losing it anymore. They were really great.

Six months ago I couldn’t have told you what a short loan was. Today? I could teach the class. It was a hard lesson to learn, but learn it, I did. I was in the throws of a foreclosure. I contacted 1st Foreclosure Prevention on the advice of a friend. Turned out to be the best piece of advice I’ve ever received. Together with my banker, we worked out a plan of attack. Now, my home is safe and everyone is happy again.
