Totally enjoyed your session. I was attending Vinton Cerf (Google’s Chief Internet evangelist)’s talk yesterday evening after Verge and he spoke about the future trends of internet. He brought out a point that users do not like to be disturbed while watching a video. To quote him, "advertisement interrupts but information is something that users are interested in." Thus if we could make advertisements into information for interested users, we get happy viewers. Interestingly, the concept of product placement on videos came into the picture. And when viewers are interested in a product that was placed in the video, they could click within the video to view a little popup screen with product info inside. So it becomes information to them. Quite a chic concept. I thought it’ll be great to share it with you.
