    5. 5. Today the effort of publishing Linked Data far exceeds the payback for data owners
    6. 6. We need to reach a critical mass of Linked Data to make publishing sustainable and rewarding
    7. 7. The obstacles to publishing: Why shoud I do it? What should my data look like? What tools should I use? How do I know I'm doing it right?
    8. 8. Data Incubator seeks to organise community expertise to remove these obstacles

    11. 11. Principles <ul> <li>dataincubator.org is a temporary host for converted data. The data needs to end up on the original owner's site <li>All code, schemas and data to be freely available (public domain if possible) <li>Use the same tools as the data owner </ul>
