Short Tender Notice
The Ganndhi Medical college, Bhopal invites sealed Tenders from reputed
Journals suppliers, most competitive rates of discount for supply of all
Medical Journals to Gandhi Medical college, Bhopal(Library).
Suppliers/Agents must have membership of the All India Publishers &
Suppliers association and relevant experience. The Tender may be
submitted to the Dean, Gandhi Medial college, Bhopal on before 18-08-09
In person by post or by Courier.
The offers received after specified period due to any reason will not be
entertained. The tenders will be opened next day at 1-00 p.m. The
representatives of the concerned part may remain present during opening
of Tender. The details are as under.

All the relevant proofs and documents ensuring fulfillment of terms and
conditions with Demand Draft in favor of Dean Gandhi Medical College,
Bhopal must be enclosed with the Tender. The Tender Documents found
incomplete in any respect are liable to be rejected. The Dean reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all or in part the Tender Document without
assigning any reason thereof.
Note: Prescribed Tender form along with name and Terms & Conditions
can be obtained from office of undersigned up to 17-08-09 before 4-00
p.m. on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) which is
nonreundebole
