    • Unhealthy Soups
    • Hot and Sour soup This is a soy-sauce based Chinese soup that has the right blend of sourness and chili, providing a spicy kick along with the use of veggies and spring onions. It is made up of simple ingredients which makes the flavor easy on the taste buds. The use of pepper and ginger also help in controlling the appetite. Nutrition-wise: 1 cup of hot and sour soup contains 160 Kcal and 8gm of fat.
    • Tom Kha Soup A traditional Thai soup with coconut milk which can be served with steamed rice and stir-fry vegetables. The key ingredient is fresh lemon grass. This soup can have chicken, mushroom or sea-food variants. Nutrition-wise: 1 serving of Tom Kha soup contains 200Kcal and 17gm of fat.
    • Wonton Soup Wonton soup is a staple at many Chinese restaurants, and comprises of vegetables, egg, spices and Chinese dumplings. Dumplings are cooked balls of dough. Dumplings used in soups are usually steamed and made of white flour and may be stuffed with meat, chicken, fish or vegetables. It usually contains high levels of sodium in it.
