  • WHO IS INVOLVED IN video profile interview PROCESS?
    In-house or contracted recruiting professional who is in charge of understanding the hiring need, creates a job post, and pre-screens candidates
    Hiring manager and other interviewers that are invited to review candidates’ credentials and assess the fit of the candidate’s soft skills
