What is video profile interviewing?

WHO IS INVOLVED IN video profile interview PROCESS?
In-house or contracted recruiting professional who is in charge of understanding the hiring need, creates a job post, and pre-screens candidates
Hiring manager and other interviewers that are invited to review candidates’ credentials and assess the fit of the candidate’s soft skills

“Profile Information”
Basic information about the position must be entered to begin the process
“Make the Profile Public” means the system will generate a clickable button that can be embedded in a job post. Candidates who see this button can conduct a video interview directly without waiting for invitation

Embed public interview button: recruiters can go to “Profile Information” to copy the link, and embed an “Interview Now” button on an original job post
Send Invitation: recruiters can send an invitation to only selected candidates

Direct Interview Button: Once recruiter embeds the “Apply” button on the job post, candidates can click the link and conduct interview directly
