These are the slides from the solo presentation I gave at WordCamp Raleigh, titled "Building Online Community Around Your WordPress Blog."

I talked about how to extend community around your blog in three key segments:

1. The community you have my default. Comments, e-mail, etc.

2. Community decentralized, or community outside of your hosted site. Such as social networks, forums you don't manage, microblogging, social bookmarking, etc.

3. Community on your site. How to extend community on your own site, through BuddyPress, forums and other tools.
