presentsA Rocket Weekend with Amber Gean Amber Gean has practiced and taught Ashtanga Yoga for over 12 years. She specializes in teacher trainings and has trained 1000s. Amber Gean is known as a teacher of teachers. She brings with her a sense of methodology to her teaching, and a gift for waking people up on their mat. With experience in traditional Ashtanga, Amber Gean prefers the Rocket Vinyasa System originally developed by Larry Schultz. In her experience, the Rocket system is a more developed sequence than traditional Ashtanga. Amber Gean’s current project includes the development of advanced Rocket Teacher Training, the opening of a retreat center in Ohio, and traveling to studios across the country offering TT and workshops. Pricing: Single Class: $25 1 - 4 PM Rocket Teacher Training Workshop Double Class: $40 This workshop systematically breaks down the Rocket Practice and the transitions it uses, allowing students to advance their practice to new levels. Amber has developed advanced Teacher Training: $150* training techniques to refine your teaching abilities. *Teacher Training includes both the Saturday and Sunday Rocket classes, as Sunday, December 2nd well as both Teacher Training workshops. If you complete the Teacher Training you 10AM - Noon Rocket I Practice will receive a 5-hr continuing education Rocket Teacher Training Certificate.
