  • Automated Post-Residential Action Plan: Automated Mentor Reporting
  • Mentor Login The Cadet Achievement login page that Mentors and Staff use to access the application may be found by clicking on Cadet Achievement on the staff homepage of DMARS, or going to https://achievement.ngcp.org .
  • Automated Mentor Reporting
    • Less data entry for Post Residential Advisors (PRA)
    • Saved work hours may be utilized for other PRA priorities
      • More accurate data
        • Less chance for missing or inaccurate information being entered into DMARS
        • Removes the possibility of entering reports under the wrong name
        • Removes the possibility of reports being filed before entry into DMARS and forgotten about
        • Mentors can update addresses and contact info for themselves and their Cadet
    Automated Mentor Reporting
  • How it Works
    • Mentor Logs on
    • Mentor updates address and phone contact data for Mentor and Cadet
    • Mentor enters contact data and reports if Cadet is on track with goals
    • PRA receives online report
    • PRA has edit capability
    • After acceptance, validated data populates DMARS
  • Automated Mentor Reporting Demonstration
  • Mentor Home Page From the Mentor Home Page the Mentor can View the P-RAP Work Book. This is view or print option only. The Mentor cannot write to the Cadet’s P-RAP. Comments can only be made by writing a letter, sending an email or talking to the Cadet directly. If a Mentor has more than one Cadet all the names will appear. The Mentor can change his or her password and most importantly file an electronic Mentor Report.
  • Updating Mentor and Cadet Information When selecting a Mentor Report this is the first screen. The Mentor can edit or add information for the Mentor and/or the Cadet. Any changes must be validated and accepted by the Staff / Case Manager. Once Continue is selected the Contact / Placement reporting page appears.
  • Mentor Contact Home Page
    • The Mentor selects the reporting month from the drop down in the upper right hand corner. The system will not allow contacts or placements to be entered for future dates. The system also allows the Mentor to report Residential and Post Residential Contacts.
    • Other features include:
      • Once the Cadets Placement goal is in the automated P-RAP is appear on the Mentor Reporting page and the Mentor is asked to respond the question “Is the Cadet on Target with P-RAP goals?”
      • During a reporting month the mentor can enter reports and save them to be sent at a later date. Once the report for a particular month and is sent to the case manager.
  • Mentor Contact and Placement Data Entry Page (Expanded) Here are all the Placement Option reporting boxes expanded so you can see the functions available in each. Next we will enter a contact.
  • Mentor Selects Contact Date Select the contact date using the calendar function.
  • Mentor Selects Contact Type Select the contact type from the drop down menu.
  • Mentor Reporting a Contact Enter a note if needed and send this report to the PRA.
    • Complete the Automated Mentor Reporting Questionnaire
