The FRAPS AVI file can be converted to Quicktime in a video editor Save as a “fast start” movie which is optimized for streaming (instead of downloading) Post to a server supporting streaming or a site like Blip.tv which allows you to retain the original format; for Quicktime you can use the file to stream into SL. 12
