2. We wanted the majority of shots to be up close because we
thought close up shots would create more tension and more
of a weird atmosphere. The ending title we wanted to create
that blood title to emphasize the themes of our thriller.
Especially the shot were the character was drawing an ear.
3. In these two shots here the character is looking at the other
character. We wanted to make it clear to the audience that
there is tension between each character, with each character
looking back at each other. As the shots were medium close
this made our the point clear.
4. This shot also create tension and creates an atmosphere of
creepiness by the character drawing an ear it makes the
audience question if he is sane or if he is killer. I believe at this
point the audience
5. This shot happens towards the end of the sequence, this
is expressing his feelings that he wants to chop of her
ear. By using a close up and making the clip in slow motion
creates the feeling of something is about to happen and
it also creates a sense of creepiness.
6. This is our ending title, this image straight away suggest that it is
a thriller about a killer, this is suggested with a cut through
the word and blood coming out of the word, which relates
back to the sequence.
