Cons: Not as feature rich as commercial alternatives and is not very popular. Jing Pros: Free. Cons: No direct upload to Youtube. Lacks features. Lacks features. Note: Jing Pro has direct upload to Youtube. $15/year
Windows Screencasting II Screentoaster.com Pros: Free. No software installation necessary. Can integrate webcams. Cons: Requires latest version of Flash player and Java runtime. Currently has no rewind feature. Sound slightly unsynchronized.
