  • 4. In the beginning the problem we thought we were solving
  • 5. what are our staff reading? where? What communities do they belong to? placement students? how do we share? open and easy capture verbal discussion? recruit and engage? bring back relevant ideas

  • 7. Student teachers were most successful at learning when they blended their online learning with existing communities of practice (Mackey & Evans)
  • 8. For informal learning professionals should be located together, have time set aside for learning, and have internet access (Lohman)
