Newsletter Process• HubShout creates a monthly newsletter that goes out to enrolled customers on the 15th of the month• Sent from the email address on your reseller account• Uses your company name• Sent to resellers 3 days before it is sent to customers• Resellers can control which campaigns and users get newsletter or other communications

Calendar of Automated Contacts• 1st of Month – Monthly report for each active campaign• 15th of the Month – Private labeled search newsletter• Daily or Weekly (Monday) Search Alerts – shows organic visits to site by day or week• Daily Social Media Alerts – shows social mentions (negative or all)• Lead notification for Web to Lead form (immediate)
