Complete overhaul of Mazars' global web publishing platform, with a UX approach. Project covering strategic objectives definition, prioritisation of marketing / comms / business development / HR / brand recognition goals, overall project management, coordination of internal stakeholders and teams and various external providers.
It led to new layouts / templates, new functionalities, a completely renewed user experience, and also an improved content management system.
A cross-functions and Group-wide collaborative project, involving all departments and 200+ content managers and marketing/communications leaders worldwide.
The result: 55 rebuilt websites in 24 languages. Project nominated for the "Grand Prix Communication et Entreprise" 2012.
