[Concorezzo] — [February 13, 2013] — HT High Technology today announced it is the
recipient of a SAP® Regional Partner Excellence Award 2013 in the category “Challenge
Championship: Extended Business Program.” Awards were presented by SAP (NYSE: SAP) during
the SAP EMEA & DACH Field Kick-Off Meeting (FKOM) 2013, held Jan. 21-23 in Barcelona, to
the top two winners of the Best Performance Challenge 2012. Winners in this category participated
in the Best Performance Challenge competition held in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
and Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) regions in 2012. Through participation in the
challenge, HT High Technology successfully championed how to continuously adopt innovation,
improve business performance, and develop capabilities in a competitive environment.

2. Selected from SAP’s wide-ranging EMEA and DACH partner base, nominations for the
SAP Regional Partner Excellence Awards were based on internal SAP sales data. A steering
committee composed of regional and global SAP representatives determined winning partners in
each category according to numerous criteria such as sales achievement and performance. As the
recipient of the SAP EMEA Partner Excellence Award 2013 Challenge Championship: Extended
Business Program, HT has been honored as this year’s winner. Winners will receive strong
recognition from the SAP field for their accomplishments.
HT received the award during the SAP EMEA & DACH FKOM 2013, an annual gathering
of SAP executives, SAP field employees and partners. FKOM is SAP’s largest yearly sales
meeting, intended to drive success during the upcoming year. Colleagues across the region gather to
gain and exchange updated information on SAP’s strategy, sales methodology, best practices,
business growth opportunities and product innovations. This year’s EMEA & DACH FKOM hosted
more than 5,000 attendees from the region.

HT has been a member of the SAP Extended Business program since 2005 and is part of the
IBM Italy SAP Partner Network. Prior to that they collaborated with SAP Italia Consulting.
HT believes in the potential of SAP solutions and initially focused on the process industries
(chemical, pharmaceutical) and later on the rapid-deployment solutions from SAP based on best
practices for other industries.

About the Best Performance Challenge 2012
The Best Performance Challenge is a unique partner enablement program designed to help
SAP partners further develop their competencies to optimize their success in the market in support
of SAP solutions. Participation is by invitation of the SAP market units in the EMEA and DACH
regions. During the 2012 challenge, more than 120 partners formed teams of two or more people to
participate in 10 out of 22 tasks during the competition – tasks spanning categories including

3. business expansion, demand generation, sales cycles, and new innovations (e.g., mobility, SAP
HANA, line of business solutions). As the teams moved through their tasks, they accumulated
points for each task for their demonstrated mastery of the fundamentals while also tackling new
skills. At the end of the competition, those with the most points were named winners of the 2012
Best Performance Challenge.
