  3. 3. Natural Resources Used  In the North—MicMac Nation  Growing season was short, so they mostly hunted for food  They moved where the animals were  Hunted sea mammals and land animals  Fished and collected plants and shellfish
  4. 4. Natural Resources Used  In the South—Lenni Lenape nation  Grew corn  Families worked together to fish and farm during the long growing season  Families hunted separately during the winter  Lived in longhouses
