We have 400+ schools and offices located in over 60 countries. Our 17 divisions each run semi-autonomously and are encouraged to choose the right approach for each challenge (meaning many different systems for the same problems). And we have a very flat company matrix where org charts and hierarchy are not allowed and a mandate of "kill the admin" is paramount.
