Weeds may not be bad plants—they’re just plants growing where you don’t want them to. Once you’ve placed a plant and realized it’s in the wrong place it can be very difficult to move or even remove. The key is to make sure you know the plant so you can place it in the right place. During this session Neil Morrison, group human resources director, UK and international companies at Penguin Random House will explore the ins and outs of discovering and then placing talent in the right place to avoid any costly weed control.
