    • Better know the unserved OSL statistics on the un- and underserved L-net stats (including zip codes) of the unserved.
    • When helping an unserved patron Check to make sure they have library service Refer them to resources they can access without a library card Use free online library resources (e.g. Multnomahs Homework Help) Be your regular friendly librarian self!
