  • 1. GET STARTED http://pinterest.com/ Sign up using your email, facebook, or twitter account. PINNING 101 (Introduction)
  • Names…… User name will be in the URL. Account name will be displayed on the page.
  • 2. CREATE BOARDS Pinterest may recommend some boards……you can delete them later. You can rename boards and rearrange them too.
  • 3. FOLLOW OTHERS You have the option of following a person (you might know them or not) OR you can follow a single board.
  • What You See -
  • 4. START PINNING “Repin” – place it on one of your boards. “Like It” “Add A Pin” – enter url and description.
  • BOOKMARKLIT The easiest method is to use the bookmarklit. Drag the “pin it” link to your browser toolbar.
  • EDITING BOARDS Go to the board drop down menu. You can edit a board individually and you can also rearrange the order.
  • Your Boards
  • CATEGORIES Make sure your board is categorized appropriately to make it easier for others to locate. EVERYTHING IS PUBLIC
