3 Skilsets any Online or Network MarketerNeeds for SuccessWith all my work in and around Onlineand Network Marketing for the lastdecade, working to figure out how to makemoney online, I still havent found anyonewho would put it all in one place. Mostly, itquickly ramps up to some really unaffordablestuff that people will buy just to listen toonce, or just put on their shelf.But since Im serious about actually makingmoney online, Im working this out formyself, but posting it for everyone to see anduse.Nearly there, actually, but I have to build upsome more backend so anyone could follow a path and sequence to achieve real independence startingfrom scratch. And in a couple of months, I hope to have everything laid out just fine.The 3 skillsets needed (as a minimum) are: 1. Leadership 2. Marketing Skills 3. Business BuildingIn Leadership, a person needs to be certain about his own capabilities and know enough about inter-relationships that he can coach others to greater success.In sharing my research with you all these many years, Ive published a string of books which lay out thesystem this unverse runs on. Now, there is a little more to thiswhen you are being a leader, but not all that much. If this were abazaar stand, youd have a huge amount of free samples, a slightly smaller set of low-pricedintroductory offers, and then your best stuff would be out of reach in the back - shined up and under aspotlight.Magnetic Sponsoring is a key step in this, as it has to do with how to attract qualified people you cansponsor into your MLM downline. But practically, this "funded proposal" also introduces a person intogetting the basic marketing training they need to succeed.When Mike Dillard came out with this, he let the cat out of the bag for the Funded Proposal - now thereare multiple "also-rans" who build their own business out of this concept.
