Its location, hidden down an otherwise uninhabited alley, makes it a
true hideaway on the otherwise overcrowded lakeside. The
guesthouse is festooned with hanging plants, including lots of purple
orchids -- its a very pretty setting. Rooms are a bit grungy, lacking in
basic amenities and the comforts of soft sheets, strong water
pressure, and intact mosquito nets. Rooms with bathrooms are a
better deal as the ones with share bathroom are pretty cramped. All
bathrooms are cold water only and none have TVs. For the area, this
is a very good spot and attracts a friendly, laid-back crowd. ...
