organized SCAM!! If you travel with Cruz del Sur to Huaraz, you will
be attacked as soon as you get of the bus. ´Captadores´, in BLACK
jackets (3 till 6, with JHONNY TOURS on their back) will try to ing you
to ANY hostel but Caroline Lodging. THESE PEOPLE GET PAID
COMMISSION FOR EVERY NIGHT YOU STAY IN ONE OF THE HOSTELS
LISTED IN THEIR BROCHURE. DONT BUY ANY TOURS, TREKKINGS,
SANTA CRUZ WITH THEM. DONT USE THE FREE TRANSPORT THEY
OFFER YOU!!! THEY ONLY HAVE ONE GOAL: SUCK OUT TOURISTS!
This is a well organized scam INSIDE the bus terminal of Cruz del
Sur. We dont pay these people so our place is not recommend by
them. Instead, our hostel becomes: far away, full, dirty, unfriendly.
Please do NOT believe any words of these people. They make even
fake phonecalls to check our (un)availability. Their blue car/van is
paid by tourists commission. Dont let them fool you too. Update We
have seen them in other terminals as well. They seem to spread like a
virus. THINK BEFORE LISTENING TO THOSE IDIOTS AT CRUZ DEL
SUR! (other options from Lima: Z-Buss, Cial, Movil Tours, Rodriques,
Cavassa and Julio Cesar to get to Huaraz. . Send us an email if you
