Payment: The balance is payable in cash or by credit card upon
arrival of the guest at our office. For weekly stays, a deposit of 200
will be asked to be returned at the end of the stay if the contract
(state and conservation of the apartment and furniture) has entirely
been respected. For monthly stays, the deposit is 300. Change in
dates: If notice is received 7 days or more prior to the rental day,
there is no charge. If notice is received in less than 7 days, the same
conditions described above for cancellation shall apply in this case.
Number of persons and Identification: Guests should provide the
identity numbers of those occupying the apartment. Only persons
listed on the reservation form may occupy the apartment. Animals
and pets of any kind are not allowed in the apartments. It is only
