  • 3. CCMS Cost Control Management Systems Cutting costs is the simplest way to improve your bottom line. Introducing Cost Control Management Systems can bring immediate savings and ensure that you remain competitive in the longer term. But cost control needs to be carefully managed. While eliminating wasteful activities is clearly beneficial, indiscriminate cost cutting can lead to falling quality and poor image. Hostalia helps you to identify where to focus your efforts, manage cost control, find specific cost control opportunities and avoid the pitfalls. Hostalia conducts an initial audit of selection and procurement, storing, issuing, logistics, production and final distribution, in order to evaluate the appropriate production chain and meet the most cost- effective standards. On this basis Hostalia creates the Cost Control Management System which becomes the guideline of the operation. Hostalia trains all the staff involved and creates clear and effective Management reports for the proper smooth running of the system.

HMS Hospitality Management Systems Hostalia offers the complete setup and implementation of an effective Hospitality Management System, which is the base of any solid company that provides catering. This is mainly achieved with the set up of clear policies, practices, procedures, work flows and processes that will be used in developing and deploying strategies. Hostalia conducts an initial auditing of the existing catering facilities or future project in order to set a starting point. The next phase consists in implementing the HMS in all the areas such as; logistics, issuing, storing and production. The last step is to proceed to the training of all staff involved to ensure that policies and procedures are constantly followed and achieve a complete control through standardization. Our team of professionals continuously monitors and supervises the management system during the set up and implementation. Further audits will allow Hostalia to create and submit to the Client several improvement plans.

  • 6. PPR Production Process Reengineering Systems
    • Hostalia is expert in the analysis and subsequent modification of the Catering production chain of organizations such as hospitals, production plants, universities and industries.
    • We improve the organization’s performance, make the production process easier and reduce dramatically the operating costs.
    • Hostalia analyzes the processes and tasks performed by the departments involved such as distribution, storerooms, kitchen…
    • We also look carefully at the information and equipment used, the human and technical resources involved in the processes as well as the costs and related values.
    • After this analysis we redefine the processes and the affected tasks. We then work out a new concept trough the re-implementation of all the supporting technical resources and re-assignment of the human resources.
