  • Appearance
    Lions have brown fur.
    Their camouflage helps them blend in to things around them.
    Also male lions can weigh more than 500 pounds and females usually weigh slightly less.
    Lions have long tails and large paws.
    Lions legs are really short and musculer.
    Lions have five sharp sharp sharp sharp sharp claws on each of their front paws.
    Also they have four claws on each of their back paws .
    They have 30 teeth.
    They have four of canines.

    The female lions hunt in groups
    Lions eat zebras, wildebeest, and antelopes
    Many of these animals are really are faster than lions, so teamwork pays off.
    Lions may even eat gemsbok, buffalo, giraffe, hippo and young elephants too.
    Also lions will eat more animals like birds, reptiles, fish and even insects also mice wild hogs too. Also they smaller animals such as hares. They attack elephants when food is scarce. Lions eat cheetah cubs.
