Slide 1: April Fool’s Day

Slide 2: Went it First Started… In France, The First Of April was  New Year Day. Pope Gregory made a calendar  and it said that New Years lays on the first of January. The children in France started  play pranks on each other on that day.

Slide 3: \"Poisson d' Avril!\" The Children put Paper Fish in  another ones backpack and went they found the fish in the backpack the pranker would yell out “Poisson d’ Avril!” which means April Fish.

Slide 4: America American also started do pranks  on each other. Common one is “Your Shoelace  is untied.” Teacher in the nineteenth  century would say to the kids, “Look! A flock Of Geese!”

Slide 5: America Cont.. Children Would tell other  children that school was canceled. In college, student would reset  the other student clock. The student that was pranked would either be late for class, be in the wrong class, or not show up to class at all.

Slide 6: April Fool’s Remember April Fool’s  day is just for fun and not to harm anyone.
