    • Establish expectations on what is required from the Wiki.
    • Assign roles and responsibilities within the contributors.

  11. Is there a downside to this?
    • Access.
    • The group doesn’t work.
    • Tension between individuals.
    • Lack of motivation.
    • Deletion of content (accidental or deliberate).
    • Inaccurate, or impolite, editing.
    • Inappropriate content & comments.
    • A Wiki is not a presentation.
    • Conflict on ownership of ‘authorship’ and ‘intellectual property’.
  12. Recommendations
    • Provide detailed support for those unfamiliar to processes.
    • Encourage student autonomy and ownership.
    • Appropriate guidelines for purpose of Wiki.
    • Trust your students.
