  2. 2. Ph level We did three test and got 11,8, and 9. water with a higherph level than 7 is consideredbasic. If it’s higher than 9.5 it may not be able to have animal or plant life.
  3. 3. TurbidityYou can see thebottom because it is shallow.
  4. 4. Total SolidsTotal solids affects the clarity and quality of the water. A High level will make it dirty and not clear and we got a 11 mg/liter which is high and the water is dirty.
  5. 5. Nitrates Nitrates are needed byanimals and plants in the river to build protein. We got a 4.84 mg/liter and that is normal.
  6. 6. With all the test we didwe found that there aresome good things and some bad but the overall health of theriver is pretty normal.
