To get to the bottom screen youll need to remove the motherboard, sd card reader,analog stick, and other small parts.Remove these four screws and take the battery cover off the back of the 3DS.Remove the battery and remove 10 more screws.

http://www.prezzydeal.com/Remove the screw circled in red and pull out the volume switch.The sd card reader is next. Its attached to a metal support with some adhesive. Use a flatheadscrewdriver to pry it up.

This is the actual 3DS bottom LCD screen. If your new replacementscreen doesnt have insulation on the back, use some black electricaltape. If its allowed to touch the motherboard without insulation themicrofuses will blow and the 3DS will not turn on.2. This is the touch panel / screen. Its attached to the LCD by athin adhesive strip. If youre replacing the touch panel youll needto reuse the adhesive strip.3. This is a screen border thats glued to the touch screen. Can bepeeled off and reused on your new touch screen.Reassembly is the reverse of removal.
