  • 1. The equipment used to record images or scenes. Used in any telecasts for the visual presentations. The equipment used to receive the transmitted modulated radio-frequency signals and produce synchronized visual images and sound.
  • 2. A movie projector is an opto-mechanical device for displaying moving pictures by projecting them on a Most of the optical and mechanical projection screen. Elements, except for the illumination and sound devices, are present in movie cameras.
  • 3. An opto-mechanical device to view photographic slides. Slide projectors were common in the 1950s and 1960s as a form of entertainment.
  • 4. A video projector takes a video signal and projects the corresponding image on a projection screen using a lens system. All video projectors use a very bright light to project the image. Video projectors are widely used for conference room presentations, classroom training, home theater and live events applications.

Requiring the user to carefully wind and rewind until they have arrived at the point where the data they are looking for is stored.
