This expansion will enhance coverage for arearesidents and businesses, and will provide mobile Internet coverage through the U.S. Route 23 corridorfrom Chillicothe to Portsmouth. With mobile Internet speeds, AT&T customers can surf the Web,download files faster, and enjoy the very latest interactive mobile applications.The new cell sites are one part of AT&T’s ongoing efforts to drive investment and innovation to deliverthe nation’s best, most advanced mobile Internet experience for customers. With the nation’s fastestmobile Internet network, AT&T provides accelerated mobile data speeds and simultaneous voice anddata capabilities.In addition, AT&T announced the completion of a network enhancement to add new layers offrequency, also known as ―carriers,‖ to 29 cell sites in Gallia, Jackson, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Vintoncounties, in communities including Chillicothe, Gallipolis, Jackson, McArthur, Portsmouth and Waverlyto more efficiently manage available spectrum and increase mobile Internet capacity. The expansionhelps manage ever-growing demand for mobile Internet services by allocating more network resourcesfor AT&T’s mobile Internet network.

Last year, AT&T completed150,000 network enhancements across the country, more than triple the year before, giving customersmore capacity and faster speeds.
