  • 좋은 의견 감사!!! 부패에 대한 언급은 아부다비 총리실에서 부탁이 있어서 넣은거야. 물론 서울시가 전자정부를 추진한 이유가 복마전이라는 오명을 씻기 위해서였기도 하고.... 대신 청렴도 데이터는 좀 문제가 있어서 집어넣지 않았어. 좀 다른 얘기지만 우리나라 청렴도 측정방법에 문제가 있는듯 하고.... 좋은 코멘트 감사! 그런데 이번 발표의 핵심은 Gov3.0이야

  • 잘 봤어요. 황박사. 근데 슬라이드 초기에 내부로서의 pull 요인에 그 무시무시한 서울시의 부패를 꼽았는데...슬라이드를 다 보고 나도 그 부패는 얼마나 줄었고 얼마나 투명해졌는지에 대한 수치가 별로 없어서..김대중 대통령께서 말씀하신 각오-선언은 어느 정도 서울시에서 이뤄졌다는 느낌이 드는데(슬라이드 보면...)..내가 대충봐서 그런가? 아니면 아예 첫부분에 서울시 부패 부분은 빼는 것이 나을 듯(이를 혁파한 관련 데이타가 없다면...) 차라리 민원이 세월아~~네월아 했던 과거 서울시 행정의 일면을 보여주고..뒤에는 이렇게 바뀌었다..강산 변했다..이렇게 가는 것이 낫지 않을까요?
