Climate change is real and already occurring, according to scientific evidence. Significant reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of 60-80% below 1990 levels are needed by 2050 to mitigate climate change. For the transportation sector, a fair target would be a 60-80% reduction below current levels.
