Business Performance Management – Utilizing scorecards and reporting to manage per-selected goals. Preselected goals and measurement information relevant to the progress of these goals are provided to manager at regular intervals. Managers take action in light of the information with the view to improve future performance of these goals. Benchmarking – DFS is able to benchmark its business processes and performance to industry standards and best practices and measure compliance of federal/state regulations and mandates. Predictive Analytics – DFS analyzes current and historical data to make predictions or to set future milestones working toward ultimate goals. Our data model contains 32 data marts, 65 dimensions, 2 outriggers, 1 fact-less fact and we generate 12 cubes per month. 100+ reports are delivered to over 250+ staff throughout all areas of the business on daily, weekly and monthly schedules. An additional 75 reports are available by accessing them from various business centric Executive Dashboards.
