    • What’s PHR for?
      • Users collect and upload their entire health information (medical history, current conditions, medications, procedures, allergies, test results, immunization records, and personal profile) at one place.
      • Have all health information available online to the healthcare providers.
      • By tracking and sharing the past and current health information to healthcare providers, individuals make the healthcare service delivery safer, less costly, more efficient and accessible.
      • Up-to-date health information and disease risk alerts.
    • Immaturity of HIT system – a number of PHR providers & different models in the market.
