  2. Slide 2: Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel. Born in She was born the second illegitimate daughter of traveling salesman Albert Chanel and Jeanne Devolle in the small city of Saumur, Maine-et-Loire, France.

Early on Chanel was a cabaret singer at a local tavern In a nearby small French town, where she would sing a Favorite called ‘’Qui qu'a vu Coco’’ which translates to “Who has seen Coco” and the audiences fell in love with the song, asking the tavern staff, Where is COCO? Whenever Chanel was not working that evening.
  4. Slide 4: Education After her parents death she spent 7 years in the orphanage, she was in orphanage sponsored education. She began designing hats as a hobby, after enrolling in the Notre Dame school of Board.
