    • Books 1-140  covering the years from 1809-1973. Some original marriage certificates in Books 7-64  covering the years from 1874-1936.
    • Marriage Indexes are by name and date.
    • On-Line index covers the years 1809-1950’s.
  • Orphan Court Records
      • Books 1-13  covering the years from 1820-1852.  This court was abolished in 1850 and the Judge of Probate Court was created. 
      • Orphans Court handled Wills, Official Bonds, Administrator-Guardian Bonds and bonds for privilege of retailing liquor.
  • Madison County Records Center
    • The Madison County Records Center is open Monday thru Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Tax Office Annex
    • The Tax Office Annex is open Monday thru Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
