WONDERFUL lesson-GEORGE XIBY SAID : Friends which as time goes, you are loosing fast. Get down from your high horse and start acting real. With sound criticism YOU Mr. Ripall had the opportunity to show them their mistakes by pointing to those mistakes in a gently and constructive fashion. You must bear in mind that many of us have a sensitive feeling and this makes lambs turn into wolves when it is wounded. SENSITIVITY: This is at the core of respect. Accepting the persons as they are without wanting to change them to suit us. This is the lesson you have to learn
