Present Progressive TenseThe present progressive tense is howyou will say the "ing" sound in Englishand describe what you are doing rightnow: I am walking, he is sitting andthey are spitting.To communicate this way you need 2things:1) a conjugated form of estar2) a verb with -ando (-ar endingverbs) or -iendo (-er & -ir endingverbs at the endCheck this out noticing the numbers fromabove:Yo (1) estoy (2) comiendo.
