    2. 2. Begin with the end in mind… <ul><li>For example, be careful when you set out to teach a group how a piece of software works. That's starting from your own perspective. Instead, set out to teach them how to do their job or complete a task using the software as a tool. </li></ul><ul><li>How many students will be involved? </li></ul><ul><li>How long will this eLearning project be delivered, before it needs re-working or revision? </li></ul>
