  2. 2. • Developed, piloted and recently implemented a new change management process for Windows Vista/X changes to production systems, including servers, applications, network routers and Windows NT, 2000, databases. This process was piloted for over 6 months with only 1 issue. Process requires 2003 Server that all changes are reviewed and approved by Change Review Board prior to implementing. Apache/Tomcat • Developed high level product requirements for e-Commerce products for Chrysler EPC and Microsoft IIS Accessories product as well as the Isuzu EPC. .Net • Interacted with customers’ technical contacts and assist in managing technical aspects of accounts with customers. Served as primary contact for GM IT, Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Isuzu, JCB and many others. • Managed large data center migration of 40 web sites from Chicago data center to Richfield data center. These ran on MS SQL Server 2000 and were migrated to 2005 during this project. • Managed very large data center migration (databases, over 100+ applications, servers, networks, T1 circuits, VPN circuits, load balancing) to new Snap-on building data center. • Managed a data center migration (servers, network connections, customer facing VPNs, applications, Oracle databases) from Stuart, FL to Snap-on data center in Richfield. • Managed data and application migration from Bugzilla running on MySQL to Jira running on SQL Server 2005. • Managed implementation and roll-out of corporate CMS system (Content Management System). • Managed large Oracle Upgrade project from 9i to 10g. • Managed SharePoint implementation project and rollout across the enterprise. • Worked closely with GM, EDS, IBM and internal Snap-on teams to assist GM in stabilizing their UCE database environment, including implementing load balancing across all GM EPC products hosted at EDS and attending multiple daily conference calls with GM and other parties as GM continues to work with other vendors to stabilize products in the shared environment. • Worked with JCB to architect and implement a custom hosting solution that fit their business needs and provided their business with the SLA’s that they required. This involved hosting in multiple data centers (England, Richfield, OH) and setting up additional VPN for database replication as well as performing Global DNS Load Balancing (regional based). • Managed relationships with vendors, including Savvis (Tier 1 hosting provider), Oracle, IBM and Microsoft. • Participated in RFP process for all projects involving IT. • Responsible for weekly and monthly metrics reporting and dashboard data (posted on SharePoint).Sr. Project Manager / Development Manager 2005 to 2007Snap-on Business Solutions, Richfield, OHStarting as the Product-Project Manager for Chrysler and Isuzu, I was responsible for developinghigh level requirements documents, reviewing requirements with development teams, andmanaging projects from start to finish. Led multiple concurrent projects for both development andIS, managing projects with up to 13 resources at a given time and valued at $2.5+ million. Project utilized 10+ resources with a value of ove $1 million and utilized .NET technology which was later changed to utilize the GM EPC 4 Framework in Java/J2EE.
