Thanks for the comments guys :o) @RavenSati, sorry about the choppy sequences, but the verbal presentations fills in a lot of content and smooths it out. Would love to hear what you mean is contradictory, please elaborate, I'm not sure which parts you are referring to. @quepol, Hoekman has some great stuff, combine him with Donald Norman and Indi Young and it get's quite explosive :o)
