Excellent relation to selected e-brokers established since 2009
First Requests for Proposals (RFPs) gave deep insight in process and huge potential of e-broker approach
Results are promising, feedback of Siemens stakeholders is positive
Present topic selection did not allow to find golden nuggets (we still focus on “confirmation of knowledge”)
Full exploitation of e-broker if various stakeholders are involved during entire process
Internal barriers have to be overcome (e.g. “It’s our job to solve the problem”).
Change of mindset : From NIH (Not Invented Here) to PFE (Proud of having it Found Elsewhere)
