kitchen. You definitely have garlic, ginger or onion on your kitchen. All you need to
do is make one of these; garlic juice, ginger juice or onion juice then rub it on your
scalp and leave it overnight. When you woke up, wash it carefully. You can also

treatments so that you don’t need to go in the salon and spend so much money.

When you take a bath, you can still do things to prevent hair damage. All you need
to do is massage your scalp gently; it will help on stimulating circulation. With good
circulation on your scalp, it will keep your hair follicles lively. You can also improve
circulation by using lavender oil in sesame oil based. Do not rub or massage your
hair too hard, your hair might break or it will cause hair fall. You might also
accidentally scratch or injure your scalp.

Do you always think of your problem? Did you know that too much stress can cause
hair fall? You can do meditation so prevent hair loss. Meditation can restore
hormonal balance and can help to reduce stress. It is also a good idea to do things
that can help you forget your problems and get you into a good mood. You can do
exercise in the morning or go into a gym. Having a healthy living can benefit your
hair. You also need to consider the food that you eat. You must eat foods that are
rich in protein because hair is made out of protein.
WASH PROPERLY

You also need to know how to wash your hair properly. When washing your hair,
remember to put more conditioner than shampoo. Apply shampoo the way you
usually do. Don’t put too much shampoo and don’t hang it on the top of your head.
It you let shampoo stay on your head for a long time, it can cause damage on your
hair. If you have wavy or straight hair, apply conditioner towards the center and at
the ends of your hair. You need to apply conditioner on your whole hair if your hair
is curly. Use your finger tips to scrub your hair. As I’ve mentioned on the “massage”
section, you need to scrub or massage your scalp gently to avoid hair damage.
TEMPERATURE

Also remember this when you are taking a bath. You need to check the temperature
of the water. Your hair will definitely be damaged if you take a bath with hot water.
When you dry your hair with a blow dryer, make sure to set the temperature to
normal. Hot air or wind can possibly make your hair curly and hard. You might also
obtain split ends.
SUN PROTECTION

When you are going outside for a long time, you need to wear protection for your
hair. Wear a hat to protect your hair from heat of the sun. Wear a hat or cap that is
not too tight. If you wear a tight hat or cap, your hair will definitely curl or become
wavy. If you don’t want to wear hat, you can style your hair like, braids or roll. In
that way, your hair will be less exposed on some elements. You can also wear wig if
you want to have a unique look or if you feel uncomfortable with your damaged
