Garnisha cherry. into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a with candied bacon and pork rind. lemon twist.The Communist Bacon Bourbon1 oz. gin Diamondback Pour bourbon into non-reactive con-1 oz. orange juice 1 1/2 oz. rye whiskey tainer, set aside. Fry eight strips of bacon, 3/4 oz. applejack reserve 1/2 cup of rendered fat, allow to1/2 oz. cherry brandy 3/4 oz. chartreuse (yellow or green) cool but not congeal.
